Koyuki Skye Aker is a printmaker and artist who grew up between Tokyo, Japan, and Boulder, Colorado, where she is currently based. She is pursuing her BFA in Printmaking at the University of Colorado Boulder.
Her work has been featured in exhibitions, auctions, and print exchanges across Colorado and beyond. Selected exhibition highlights include Crowd Collective Gallery’s Kitsch Nouveau, the Donkey Mill Art Center’s annual INTERWOVEN auction, and the AAPI Denver Art Auctions. She has also participated in print exchanges, including the Godzilla, Astronauts, and Otherworldly Creatures print exchange, the Quiet Power print exchange, and Mo'Print Open Portfolio.
In addition to her studio practice, Aker contributes to the local art community as an intern at both Cik Printing and Crowd Collective Art Gallery.
